- Automatic High Speed Feeder:
Adopting 4.0kw vacuum pump and a 360 degree rotating high speed paper feeder to ensure fast paper feeding speed,smooth paper running to make both thin and thick paper feeding successfully
2.Bottom Paper Gluing System:
It uses the automatic glue supply system with Korean vertical pump.
3.Paper Bonding Aligning System:
Different from the traditional laminating machine's rear push chain positioning method, this machine adopts the patented front positioning, using the lower suction to absorb the paper on the conveyor belt, and use the speed difference between the tape and the guide to chase the paper against the front block. After the paper is centered by the side guides on the left and right sides, the bottom paper and the upper paper are attached to the lower guides at the same time. Because the paper does not leave the guide position which can ensure laminating accurately.
4.Operating System:
The whole system is controlled by the operating system which is controlled by the servo system and is carefully made in accordance with the European CE Furus algae, making the perfect combination of the overall control and safety.

A: Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser's engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser's factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
