Product Description

Pile turning Mechinism
It uses the smooth silent, wear-free, long service life, high speed silent track. The flip servo and lift servo are locked by electronic carm, and the filp lift speed can be adjusted as required.

Paper splitting part
The three-section independent variable frequency speed regualtion mechainic can ajdust the speed of paper splitting of each section according to the thickness of paper pressed out from the main machine tool, with sufficient time and space to spread the paper into thin piles. Even though the main machine have a high speed, the paper will not pile up in the press machine.

Control part
The control part is a simple human-machine interface. The machine can be started by just inputting the paper size, and pressing the buttom without using any tools. The equipment adopts motion control technology, so in the case of abnormal alarm, the machine can be directly started by pressing the button after the abnormal is eliminated. While other equipment have to be reset and returned to zero, causing the main paper mounting machine to shut down and wait due to the complicated procedures.

Control part
It uses the international leading motion control technology, and all actions are under flexible curve control and digital control, with smoother, faster, more stable, and simpler shole machine operation.

Q5: How about installation and training?
A: Normally, one operator can finish installation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser's engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser's factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
